Responsible for the efficient operations of the surveillance department during assigned shift. Protect company assets by observing gaming and non-gaming activities to ensure safety, integrity, security and company policies and procedures are followed. Responsible for managing and training of entire Surveillance staff for the assigned shift. Responsible for daily review of incident reports completed as per the required dead line.
Must be fully proficient of all types of casio games, their policies and procedures. Must be fully complaint with all types of international regulations and law governing casino surveillance. Must have extensive knowledge of all up to date game protection scenario.
