Job Title: Senior Delivery Solutions Architect

This role is at the heart of our mission and our business as the Senior Delivery Solutions Architect is responsible for designing the services for our clients while understanding the capabilities of our people who serve these clients.. This role is where we determine how we serve our clients and hence, this role is critical to our ability to serve not only our clients but the huge team of data specialists. The successful candidate should be an expert not only in Artificial Intelligence but also should understand the dynamics of the global tech industry while also being a champion of the people who work on these projects.

As a Senior Delivery Solutions Architect, you will be responsible to analyze the requirements of potential clients, design solutions to meet the client requirements, and assist in communicating the capabilities and limitations of the services the company can provide to them.You will be the primary point of contact for collaboration between the various departments of the company, including the technology team and the sales team when designing solutions for clients requirements. You will understand and report on the complexity and level of effort required in existing and potential projects.

Education, Experience and Skills required:

• Understanding and experience in the machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) development life cycle.
• Understanding of outsourcing industry tools, trends, and best practices in order to strategically position Sprout as a leader in the space.
• Experience developing Department wide KPI’s, and tracking them month over month to oversee improvement.
• Proven track record overseeing multiple multi-million dollar projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time with minimum cost.
• Experienced in a professional international Sales environment.
• Proven track record of presenting to all levels of business decision-makers.
• International experience in designing, selecting, implementing and suggesting client facing technological tools.
• Bachelor’s degree from an international university with courses in International Business. Since Artificial Intelligence is still in a development stage as a technology, we don't expect academic qualification in the area, but we seek an individual who is passionate about technology and someone who has worked in the field for at least 5 years.
